U.S. Supreme Court to Hear Chemical Abortion Case

“You shall appoint judges and officers in all your towns that the Lord your God is giving you, according to your tribes, and they shall judge the people with righteous judgment.” – Deuteronomy 16:18

Earlier this month, the United States Supreme Court announced it would hear oral arguments in the case of FDA v. Alliance for Hippocratic Medicine. The case will center around whether or not important safety precautions surrounding the use of the chemical abortion drug can stay in place.

In August, thankfully, the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals rightly decided that important regulations must accompany the two-pill regimen of mifepristone, the “abortion pill.” These key safety measures and regulations have greatly restricted the availability of this extremely dangerous drug.

If the U.S. Supreme Court rules to uphold the 5th Circuit’s decision it will reinstate these very important safety measures surrounding the abortion drug. These safety measures include requiring in-person medical appointments before the drug can be prescribed, ending mail-order chemical abortions, and more.

Chemical abortion needs to be outlawed completely as it isn’t safe, kills a preborn baby, and harms women. Until then, the U.S. Supreme Court needs to rule rightly and uphold the 5th Circuit’s decision and uphold these important safety measures surrounding the extremely dangerous abortion pill.

LET US PRAY…
Father, we praise You for the right ruling by the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals that keeps important safety measures in place surrounding chemical abortion. Lord, empower the U.S. Supreme Court to uphold the previous right decision of the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals. Father, we pray that one day soon America will be a land where abortion is no more. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
