The November 3rd General Election has been on the minds of many Americans for a lengthy amount of time, and now at last, it is almost finally here. Mid-term Election Day is tomorrow and the stakes of this election could not be higher. Americans will cast votes to decide the races for the U.S. Senate, Congress, and other important races, including state legislative races.

As Americans casts their ballots, they are literally shaping the future of our great nation and Commonwealth. We are deciding what kind of America we want right now, and what kind of America we want to forge for the generations of Americans to come.

Voting is a high honor and privilege and because of that, we shouldn’t take it lightly. We need to make sure that we are informed when we go into the ballot box. As Christians, we know that there are no perfect candidates, since Jesus is the only perfect person that ever lived. So, we need to elect candidates who will stand against evil and bring about the most good.

For helpful, comprehensive, and thorough information on the Kentucky General Election, please view our voter guide at VoteKentucky.us. The voter guide provides Kentucky voters with access to the most comprehensive information on state and federal candidates and where they stand on important issues impacting faith, family, and freedom.

May we research the candidates on the ballot and vote for candidates who will lead in a way that honors Biblical truth and brings glory to God. As the world continues to grow in complexity, we desperately need governmental leaders who look to the Lord for His wisdom and guidance.

LET US PRAY…

Father, we praise You for the right we have to vote and participate in our democratic process. Lord, may we cast votes for candidates who will seek to lead our nation and Commonwealth in Your ways. Father, may we never shirk or take for granted the incredible blessing of being able to choose our leaders here in America. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
