IVF and Surrogacy are called the Wild West of the public policy realm. There are currently no laws in Kentucky regulating IVF, and only one partially regulating surrogacy. Along with that, many Christians don’t know what to think about either of these practices and even among those that have thought about it, there are some disagreements.
