Riley Gaines Leads Monumental Lawsuit Against the NCAA

“He answered, ‘Have you not read that he who created them from the beginning made them male and female.’” – Matthew 19:4

The National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) has promoted transgender ideology in its policies which have led to female athletes being robbed of championships, hurt, and traumatized. Led by former Kentucky swimmer, Riley Gaines, there is now a monumental lawsuit that has been filed against the NCAA to change and correct these detrimental transgender policies.

The lawsuit details the shock Gaines and other collegiate female athletes experienced when they learned they would have to share a locker room with Lia Thomas, who is a biological male but identifies as a transgender female. It also documents how the female swimmers were robbed in a variety of ways when forced to compete against Thomas.

Other female athletes who compete in volleyball and track have signed on to the lawsuit. The lawsuit claims that the NCAA has violated the female athletes’ Title IX rights by allowing a biological male, Lia Thomas, to compete at the national championships in 2022.

The female athletes said that they “bring this case to secure for future generations of women the promise of Title IX that is being denied them and other college women” by the NCAA. It is beyond time for the NCAA to ensure pro-reality policies and protect a fair and level playing field for female athletes.

LET US PRAY…

Father, please bless Riley Gaines and the other female athletes who are courageously taking a stand for truth by filing this lawsuit against the NCAA. Lord, may this lawsuit be effective in guiding the NCAA to reverse its transgender policies. Father, please empower every state in our nation to pass legislation to protect female sports. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
