In 2021, there were multiple international governing bodies that oversaw specific sports in the Olympics, and those entities were given the authority to create their own policies on “transgender” athletes. Unfortunately, this allowed biological men to infiltrate women’s sports in the Olympics.
The serious problem of men being allowed to compete in women’s sports came to a head last year, in the 2024 Paris Olympics, when the International Olympic Committee (IOC) cleared the way for Algeria’s Imane Khelif, a biological male, to box against women competitors. Unsurprisingly, Khelif brutalized a female boxer, Italy’s Angela Carini, in an Olympic boxing match.
The entire match lasted a mere 46 seconds before Carini retreated to her corner and had to throw in the towel. This and other injustices of men dominating women’s sports led the IOC to form a task force to evaluate whether or not men should be able to compete in women’s sports.
Now, the media is reporting that the IOC is on the verge of announcing that the Olympics will not allow men to compete in women’s sports. The IOC must make this decision because of the overwhelmingly permanent physical advantages that men have over women in the sporting context.
Men have never and will never belong in women’s sports. Women are harmed, injured, and stolen from when transgender ideology regulates sports. The IOC acted correctly in this move as women athletes will now be protected from the atrocities we witnessed in the 2024 Paris Olympics.

Father, we praise You for this move by the IOC to protect women athletes in the Olympics. Lord, may actions across our nation be taken to protect women athletes from the radical transgender ideology that threatens to destroy their sports. Father, help us to be strong and faithful advocates for Your good design. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
