We are excited to announce that the afternoon agenda of our 2026 Kentucky Family Forum will feature a live performance of the powerful pro-life play Viable, sponsored by our friends at Kentucky Right to Life.
“This powerful and inspirational production brings a message our culture desperately needs—hope, healing, redemption, and the transforming love of Christ, all in one unforgettable act. I invite you to join us for Viable and experience a story that can change hearts, restore hope, and remind us that every life is a gift of immeasurable worth,” said Addia Wuchner, Executive Director of Kentucky Right to Life.
Viable is a story about grief, loss, and the redemptive love of Christ. The play is a one-act show that focuses on Judy, a mother who has been carrying a 30-year secret that she had an abortion. In the midst of Judy’s grief over this terrible decision, she meets and receives forgiveness from the daughter she aborted. This play will leave audiences on the verge of tears as they see the sorrow and destruction of sin as well as the beauty of the cross.
About one out of every four women will have an abortion in their lives. Many of these women later come to see that what they ended was the life of a child, not a clump of cells, and they carry overwhelming guilt and sadness for what they have done. Viable is a reminder that there is forgiveness and redemption in Christ. There is no sin that is beyond the grace and mercy of Jesus Christ.
You’re not going to want to miss this play and the speakers we have lined up for the 2026 Kentucky Family Forum. You can also learn more about KY Right to Life’s Louisville and Northern KY showings of Viable by visiting kyrighttolife.org.
