CITIZEN: FFAction releases 2026 legislative scorecard.

Family Foundation Action (FFAction) released its 2026 Kentucky Family Legislative Scorecard, based on the 2026 Kentucky General Assembly. The scorecard compiles important legislative activity, including key votes and bill sponsorships, and measures how Kentucky legislators performed on the organization’s core issues of family, life, religious freedom, human sexuality, and human dignity. It is designed to equip Kentuckians to become more informed citizens and to recognize legislators who boldly stand for Kentucky families each session. It also holds our elected officials accountable to the foundational issues of faith, family, and freedom.

The Kentucky Family Legislative Scorecard is the most comprehensive pro-family educational and accountability tool of its kind in the Commonwealth. The 2026 scorecard contains nine votes in the Senate and nine votes in the House. Those include HB 1 to opt-in to the federal education tax credit program, HB 4 to criminalize the grooming of kids, SB 59 to strengthen the ban on taxpayer-funded campaigning on ballot initiatives, and other notable votes on protecting kids and parental rights, religious freedom, medical conscience rights, gambling expansion, and more.

We are grateful to all the Kentucky legislators in both chambers who diligently worked to help pass God-honoring laws that strengthen Kentucky families and the biblical values that make them strong.
