Job Openings

Communication & Policy Associate

The Communication & Policy Associate for The Family Foundation (TFF & TFFKY) will help conceptualize, develop, and oversee TFF communications, policy work, and assist with office administration. In all tasks, the Communication & Policy Associate is to represent the organization in such a way as to winsomely communicate, educate, and serve its vision and mission with the highest degree of professionalism and skill as an Ambassador of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Church Engagement Ambassador

The Church Engagement Ambassador for The Family Foundation (TFF) will grow, impact, and oversee a cornerstone initiative of our ministry. Through our church outreach ministry and Church Ambassador Network (CAN), TFF works to connect the shepherds of God’s church with shepherds of government, speak truth with boldness and clarity, share the Word of God, and ministers to our governmental leaders. TFF also helps identify God-honoring policy solutions that both serve Kentucky and allow the Church to positively impact government.

Internships

The Family Foundation is seeking motivated university, graduate, and law school students to intern in our Lexington office (or remotely with special approval) who have a passion to promote biblical values and have the desire to learn more about law, public policy, and advocacy.

Responsibilities of Interns:

  • Support senior staff in the day-to-day operations of the Lexington office
  • Complete various research and special projects
  • Manage various data entry projects
  • Assist with web and social media outlets
  • Help with events

Qualifications:

  • Committed to The Family Foundation mission and core values.
  • Available to work 10 – 20 hours/week around class schedule at our Lexington office (or remotely by approval)
  • Self-motivated and highly organized individual
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Maintain a professional appearance
