I have great news and a huge answer to prayer to share!
Today, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled 6-3 in favor of state Save Women’s Sports laws, which bans men from participating in women’s sports. This historic ruling is a major victory for truth, common sense, and protecting women from harm.
With today’s decision, the Supreme Court embraced biological reality and common sense by rejecting arguments from radical LGBTQ advocates who sought to impose radical transgender ideology onto states by inventing new rights in the U.S. Constitution and rewriting Title IX.
As I said in our statement celebrating today’s decision, the Supreme Court has emphatically affirmed the reality that we all know: men do not belong in women’s sports. I’m grateful for the female athletes across the country, like Riley Gaines of the University of Kentucky, who courageously fought to protect the dignity of female athletes from the injustices of radical transgender ideology. This victory vindicates their brave voices.
This ruling will ensure that laws, like Kentucky’s Save Women’s Sports Law and similar laws in more than half of the states, banning men from competing in women’s sports remain fully in effect.
Today’s ruling is the fifth major Supreme Court victory over the last several years that affirms legislation that The Family Foundation helped get passed here in Kentucky, including laws that protect Christian counseling, stop gender mutilation of children, protect kids from adult websites, and protect parental rights.

But even with this victory, we are at a critical moment in the fight to protect the hearts and minds of the next generation from dark and dangerous cultural tides and ideologies. The fight is not over!
We must urge the remaining states and the federal government to align themselves with truth, morality, and reality by passing similar laws to protect every female and girl athlete. And we certainly have more to do here in Kentucky!
