Let Us Pray

“Did not he who made me in the womb make them? Did not the same one form us both within our mothers?” – Job 31:15

A group of pro-abortion advocates has collectively authored a new book created specifically for children titled, “What’s an Abortion, Anyway?” The pro-abortion activists have raised over 20,000 dollars and have stated their intent to have copies of this book put in libraries all across America.

What is the book all about? The book is designed to influence and persuade young Americans that abortion is just as normal an outcome of pregnancy as giving birth to a child. The fundraising site for the book reveals the viewpoint of pro-abortion activists when it states, “We believe in building a world for kids and adults where abortion is normalized as another outcome of pregnancy.”

Biblical theology and science provide facts that are undeniable, a human being’s life begins at the moment of conception. The fallacy found in the thought process of these pro-abortion advocates is nothing short of appalling. Abortion can never be as normal as giving birth, abortion terminates and destroys human life, and giving birth honors the continuation of a life that God has created.

Young Americans, at the right time and in the right way, must be taught the truth about abortion. Murdering an innocent life who is made in the image of God should never be normalized or viewed as a normal outcome of pregnancy. Every human life has intrinsic worth and value that is worth protecting.

LET US PRAY . . .
Father, thank You for forming each one of us in a fearfully and wonderfully way. Lord, empower Kentuckians and Americans to stand up and righteously fight for the life You create. May our governing authorities, each one of them, be brought to the knowledge that every human life is made in Your image and is worthy of protection. We pray that abortion will never become normalized in our land, but always be seen as an act of wickedness. Father, please use us as Your people to bring an end to abortion in Kentucky and America. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
