Since the Dobbs decision in 2022, a case in which the United States Supreme Court overturned the Roe v. Wade decision and returned the issue of abortion back to the states, numerous states, including Kentucky, have passed pro-life laws to protect the preborn from the evil of abortion. In order to circumvent these states’ pro-life laws, the abortion industry has concocted a game plan to continue killing preborn children in the womb.
In short, the plan being executed is to mail abortion pills across pro-life state lines so women can obtain the life-ending pill, Mifepristone, and abort their child. Unfortunately, the new game plan has been proven to be effective for the abortion cartel.
Recently, the Journal of the American Medical Association published a peer-reviewed study tragically revealing that 84% of chemical abortion pills were mailed into states that have protections for the preborn. The Biden Administration is largely responsible for this proliferation of the abortion pill after it authorized mail-order abortion pills—reversing longstanding policy that prohibited such shipments.
Twenty-two state Attorneys General recently sent a joint letter to the Trump Administration pleading with the President to reverse Biden’s pro-death policies by stopping the selling and mailing of the dangerous abortion pill, Mifepristone. As of now, Trump has taken no action to end the proliferation of the abortion pill, allowing abortionists to continue to circumvent pro-life laws. We hope and pray this letter and the support of other pro-life leaders will spur the administration to action on this issue. Further, we call on legislative leaders in the states to pass strong legislation to crack down on traffickers who seek to violate their life-saving pro-life laws, including designating Mifepristone as a controlled substance.

Father, please empower President Trump and his Administration to act quickly to reverse the Biden Administration’s pro-death policies and to stop the selling and mailing of the dangerous abortion drug, Mifepristone. Lord, we praise You for the pro-life states that have passed righteous laws protecting the pre-born. Father, strengthen us to continue our work vigorously protecting human life, for each human person is made in Your image and has inherent worth and dignity. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
