With the fall of Roe v. Wade in 2022, it was hoped that the fall of Planned Parenthood was coming soon. Sadly, that hasn’t been the case. Planned Parenthood’s newly released annual report, revealed that in 2023-2024, they aborted a record number of babies.
The ironically titled report “Care Continues” disclosed that the death mill aborted 434,450 unborn babies during the 2023–2024 timeframe. The abortion rate increased by 8% from the previous year, which is about 32,000 more abortions performed in 2023-2024 than in 2022-2023.
The horrific reality is that the number of abortions performed by Planned Parenthood during that time is likely much higher because the report does not include the number of chemical abortions they facilitated. On top of that, the organization received a whopping $2.1 billion between government reimbursements and grants, non-government revenue, private contributions, and other revenue.
Planned Parenthood prides itself in being the dominant “healthcare” provider for women, but the reality is they exist for one main purpose and that is to murder babies. This was the vision of their founder, Margaret Sanger who believed certain populations shouldn’t be allowed to reproduce, and it continues to be their vision today. This latest annual report reveals that truth, since abortions once again increased, and other real healthcare services decreased.
Planned Parenthood remains a formidable enemy to life here in the U.S. However, the abortion giant has been dealt some blows recently. Nearly seventy Planned Parenthood clinics closed in 2025 due to financial issues, and the One Big Beautiful Bill Act has, for one-year, blocked taxpayer dollars from going to Planned Parenthood. This is a reminder that our work to defend and protect human life is far from over. We must work tirelessly to permanently defund this deadly and evil organization.

Father, we pray that legislation will be passed very quickly at the federal level to permanently defund Planned Parenthood. Lord, empower us to enact pro-life legislation at the federal, state, and local levels to render Planned Parenthood and other abortion providers completely ineffective. Father, may we, Your People, defend and protect each and every image bearer that you have created. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
