Days ago, at the Capitol Education Center in Frankfort, abortion giant Planned Parenthood held its annual pro-abortion Kentucky rally. Something new and very concerning, however, took place this year as a Kentucky Republican State Representative joined the pro-abortion advocates. This marks the first time ever that a state Republican lawmaker joined the Planned Parenthood rally in the Bluegrass state.
Representative Vanessa Grossl (R-Georgetown) not only attended the rally to support Planned Parenthood, but she also spoke in favor of the abortion giant to the attendees. Representative Grossl spoke erroneously about how Planned Parenthood helps to “support families,” and about how she was a Planned Parenthood patient at one time. Grossl stated, “the ability to control one’s own fertility” is “at the very heart” of the right to pursue happiness.
It must be stated plainly: Planned Parenthood is an evil organization that has been clearly exposed. Although the organization touts a multitude of services provided, its mission is truly singular in practice, and it is all about abortion – murdering preborn image bearers of God for profit. The abortion giant chemically poisons 1,000 babies every day and has killed approximately 10 million babies since the early 1970’s. Showing that Planned Parenthood’s evil knows no limit, the organization now is also one of the nation’s largest providers of gender mutilating transgender “services.”
Sorry, Rep. Grossl, but the murderous practice of Planned Parenthood is absolutely not “at the very heart” of the right to pursue happiness. Simply put, the killing of innocent children in the womb is far from the path that allows one to find happiness.

Father, please convict and reveal to Representative Grossl the egregious stance she is taking by supporting the evil, murderous organization of Planned Parenthood. Lord, empower our Kentucky lawmakers to stand against Planned Parenthood in every way possible. Father, may life truly be honored, cherished, and protected in the United States and in our Commonwealth. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
