Our elected leaders have a massive impact on the direction that our nation goes. Our local communities, states, and nation must cast votes for candidates who stand and advocate for righteousness. The Bible clearly states that when the righteous rule in a nation, the people rejoice, but when the wicked rule, the people suffer (Proverbs 29:2). So let’s do our part to elect leaders who will promote righteousness and opposed wickedness.
LET US PRAY…
Father, during this early voting phase that starts tomorrow, and on Tuesday, election day, may we cast votes for candidates who stand for righteousness. Lord, we praise You for the freedom to elect our leaders, and we pray that Americans will not shirk their awesome privilege to vote. Father, empower Kentuckians and Americans to keep at the forefront of our minds the truth that righteousness exalts a nation. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
