“Be watchful, stand firm in the faith, act like men, be strong.” – 1 Corinthians 16:13
Recently, America’s most high-ranking military leaders were gathered at Marine Corps Base Quantico, where Secretary of War Pete Hegseth addressed them. The purpose of the meeting was to present the path to the military experts that the Department of War will now travel.
The new vision for the Department of War was clearly articulated: restore a warrior ethos and deconstruct the woke policies that were established during the previous Presidential administrations. Secretary Hegseth stated, “This speech is about fixing decades of decay,” the secretary asserted… “Foolish and reckless political leaders set the wrong compass heading, and we lost our way.”
The Department of War will no longer be involved in woke policies such as identity months, transgender ideologies, DEI offices, and more. The War Secretary did not mince words; he made it clear that the woke policies that have infiltrated the department, which have, unfortunately, weakened our military, will be cut completely out.
Secretary Hegseth said that the War Department will return to a warrior ethos, which will be accomplished by implementing a multitude of necessary and strict standards. A major part of the War Department’s accomplishment of this goal is by raising the military’s fitness regulations and restoring the highest male standards for combat roles.
A strong military is needed to defend and protect our wonderful nation from our enemies. Praise God that Secretary Hegseth is doing just that by reestablishing a warrior ethos in our military to keep our Armed Forces the strongest in the world.
LET US PRAY…
Father, we praise You for our wonderful military and their bravery in protecting and defending our nation. Lord, we are thankful that the woke policies that have threatened to weaken our military are now being deconstructed. Father, please give Secretary Hegseth and President Trump Your wisdom as they lead our Armed Forces. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
