Rep. Addia Wuchner: This bill will prohibit an abortion on a pregnant woman that will result in the dismemberment, bodily crushing, or human vivisection of the child unborn when probable age post-fertilization the of unborn child is 11 weeks or greater, except in the case of a medical emergency. Currently, animal cruelty laws protect animals more than our abortion laws protect or care for an unborn human.
